Online booking must be supported by booking confirmation and a valid ticket number in the
form of printout or SMS.

Sharp Objects and other material deemed dangerous by facility authorities may not be
allowed.

We may photograph, film, video or otherwise copy or capture in any manner any picture,

In Kids corner and Ball Pool kids below 3yrs of age need to be accompanied by Adult.
Minors will be given entry only if he/she is accompanied by an adult.
Last entry for Family pack will be taken by 5:15 PM. No entries will be entertained after that.
Happy Hours Ticket will not be valid if you arrive after 11:30 am.
